'Youthcycle: From Protection to Purpose' organised by PETRONAS Carigali Brunei Limited, PCBL, in collaboration with the Youth Development Centre, PPB, is an initiative that turns used personal protective equipment, PPE coveralls into functional and artistic creations. The four-day programme with 13 trained participants, concluded with the Project Appreciation Ceremony and Prize Presentation. It took place at the Youth Development Centre, Tanah Jambu, 4th December 2025.

Present was Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, a Member of the Legislative Council and Mr. Abdul Munir Lutfi bin Said, Deputy High Commissioner of Malaysia to the country. The programme not only gives a second life to materials from PCBL's operations, but also equips the youth with new design and sewing skills. The prizes were presented by Madam Neisurya binti Dato Hashim, PCBL Country Head.
